Oh Christmas Tree

 

This is my 4^th post about holiday traditions. Today I want to talk about Christmas trees.

 

My opinion: I LUV ‘EM!!!!

 

I don’t care if they are fresh (love the smell!) or fake, I adore them! We have 7 Christmas trees at my house. Most of them are small and are decorated with a certain theme – 12 Days of Christmas, birds, angels – you get the idea. Then we have one huge tree in the foyer which is pretty spectacular. Gaston has an aluminum tree from the ‘60’s in the kitchen; it has a colored rotating light that shines on it. He loves the thing! LOL

 

There are some Christmas trees I don’t care for, though – like the odd colored ones – hot pink, purple, blue and lime green. I’m all for making a fashion statement, but those colors are just wrong! And I’m not so fond of the ones that hang upside down from the ceiling, either.

 

But I DO like trees made entirely of lights. And I saw one that you leave outside and decorate with food for wild birds. That one was pretty cool, too.

 

So, do YOU have a Christmas tree at your house and if you do, tell me about it!

I don't do a christmas tree because I don't have room for one! So I do limbs in an archway in my house..It may sound weird but it looks really cool!!! :) Merry Christmas!!!!!

we have 2 christmas in our living room this year =D
before we alsways had one in our living room..but i begged my mom for another one (because ours is fake and so is the new one we got) because our other one was so old, so she got it and asked if we could put both of them up and she said yep! =D
we pus stars on the top of our trees, my friends put angels on theres though..if i could find an angel thing to put on top i would but i cant find one that doesnt cost like alot!

I LOVE Christmas trees!!! We have a real one! Its so fun to decorate them and put lights on them! Its so fun! and it really makes it feel like Christmas!

Our tree is the same as Gaston's, but no Mario. :( Too bad- my little brother ADORES Mario (and so do I!) and I love Princess Peach.

My cat plays with the tree and she broke all the ornaments. Haha, we weren't angry though. I even gave her the ornaments to play with... anyway--- most people put angels or stars on the top of their Christmas trees... But you know what my brother, sister and I put on our Christmas Tree? You wouldn't be able to guess this..........MARIO with his "winged-hat" that allows him to fly in the game. Hahaha, we always put him there. Shucks, too bad we don't have our Mario toy anymore. But, we always did that. It was fun... not to mention funny. :P :) Haha, darn, putting Mario on our Christmas Tree was what we always did. :o)

we only have one christmas tree at our house but it really is beautiful.i also love seeing christmas trees they remind me of...well...christmas..our tree is full of lights and decorations.it is also big and wide.

I love the pink christmas trees! california all the way!

Our christmas tree at home is normal - colored lights that blink in four different patterns, sentimental ornaments, beautiful star tree topper, traditional red tree skirt embroidered with christmas themes, etc.

But I have my own artificial four foot tree. I made most of the ornaments I put on it when i was little, like a paper star I cut out and taped string to the back to to make a tree topper. It's cute ^.^

Yea I do have a Christmas tree and it's beautiful(and real). It's full of ornaments that my siblings and I made, and it is also full of pictures with my siblings and me.
We use to have a fake tree that my little siblings,grandma,and me would through paper airplanes in:)

We have an artificial tree. It's green and it has white lights. And that's about it. We're a bit hesitant about putting up our ornaments, because we have a six month old kitten named Snowball, and she LOVES anything that dangles or hangs (she once tried to grab my glasses. I took them off to brush my hair, and I was holding them in my other hand. Thank goodness she didn't break them!) Snowball also tried to climb up the tree, but she couldn't get a good hold on the metal base! She's so cute!

Ron, that's great and all, but I really hate how it's Hunnukah and no-one thinks of Jewish people. I mean, really! We're important, too. I have nothing against Christmas, but I'm sick of it.

we have a fake one, which is kinda nice cuz we used to have a real one every year and i always felt bad cutting it down. and it's a lot cheaper in the long run. i do admit i miss that piney smell though. it's still a nice tree however. those odd colored trees sound cool, but i admit not very Christmasy. never heard of the upside down ones...

I have a CHRISTmas tree! It's fake,and it's normal color. It's an inside one,and it comes with it's own lights and white sparkles. And also have a stand have spins,(the tree doesn't spin),and it makes a little white light. It also has cute red kitty blanket that goes under it.
