I LOVE Costume Parties!

 

Actually, I love any kind of party :) The plans are really coming together for next Wednesday! I have a perfect costume (nope, can’t tell ya!) Gaston and Smithers have pulled out all the stops to help make this place a Halloween showplace! They’ve already started to decorate!

 

On the agenda tonight? Pumpkin carving! Gaston had 20 huge pumpkins delivered today. He’s going to start carving designs into them tonight and I volunteered to help. (I hope it’s not too messy.) Oh, if YOU would like to carve your own pumpkin this year, check out the cool designs here .

I decided to go with monster-themed music for the party, including some oldies but goodies – like Monster Mash, Purple People Eater, I Put A Spell On You and Little Red Riding Hood. I have NO idea what everyone’s wearing; they’re all keeping really good secrets!  (If you hear, LMK. Okay?)

RON YOU HAVE TO PLAY GHOSTBUSTERS its sooo coolio. PUMPKINS ARE SOOO GOOPY. i cant even carve a triangle! when i was in third grade my teacher told us to bring pumpkins to school so we did and we tried to carve faces but mine turned out looking like a MESS it was so embarassing! my friends started making fun of me!

when i went to my friend haleys halloween party..there was 5 people invited but only me and mickayla showed up because the others couldnt come..but anyways... AND WE LISTENED TO MONSTER MASH

Sounds like fun ron! its so fun to dress up! I LOVE carving pumpkins! i don't do much special just the usual pumpkin face but its still a lot of fun! I use the cheat sheets too harrypotter fan! Its so much easier that way! lol! And Pureheart, thats really funny! She must be really good if she's able to draw a cat! i can't do anything special like that! Thanks for posting ron!

when I carve pumpkins, I "cheat". I use those things where there's a design on paper, and you tape it to the pumpkin. You prick holes using a special tool, take the paper off, and carve it across the dots. I love doing that =). It's easy. I've NEVER done a face tho. Maybe this year.

Have fun carving! :) I remember that my mom carved a super good cat on a pumpkin, and whenever people came to trick-or-treat, they were amazed... but they didn't believe that my mom did it. These three teenage boys came over and they said, "Woah! That's so good!" And then my mom said that she carved it and they said, "No way! It's too good!" And we said that she really did and we told them that they could touch it. But they still didn't believe us. :P Hahahahaha... I love carving pumpkins. :D
